Stand tall, roll your shoulders back, and extend your arms to the side, palms up. Hold. It takes courage to stand with an open heart. It takes strength to maintain it. You have strength.

Put all your weight in your left foot. Now your right. Notice how your body adjusts. Change your center of gravity, and everything else balances around it. You have balance.

Lift the crown of your head toward the sky. Feel your blood rush down to your toes. Breathe in. Even when you exhale, the space remains, alive and ready. You have energy.

Imagine little starbursts of light extending from your core, your heart, and up your spine. What extends from you can’t help but reflect what’s inside. You have glow.

Push your breath through your arms as you exhale and reach out your palms like you are moving a mountain. Power is not measured by force, but by the depth of its source. You have power.

Feel your shoulders drop and the back of your neck relax. Feel your chest and your eyes soften. No matter what noise is around you, there is always a place of peace within you. You have calm.

Place your hand on your lower abdomen. Notice how your diaphragm pushes air in and out. Consistently. Automatically. You have stamina.

With each inhale, notice your entire body fill like a balloon. Let the air out, and more comes in. You have breath.

Close your eyes and picture the face of a clock. Watch the hand move. Never too fast. Always slow and steady. You have time.

Feel an anchor drop along the back of your legs, through your ankles, and into the ground. Move your arms and body around freely while your feet stay planted. It doesn’t matter where you place your anchor. You have stability.
